Staff is very friendly and competent.
Dr. Vincent and both dental assistants who worked with me to get a crown on a cracked tooth were very nice. The dental chair has never bothered me, but for someone who is anxious about dental work, their demeanor would certainly help put someone at ease. The fitting of the crown was excellent. I was a long time patient of Dr. Ted Poczatek, having known his wife through a previous work contact and having used his brother Dr. Robert Poczatek. Whitney is a wonderful hygienist. She is very thorough and explains cleaning procedures. Dr. Gray is very attentive and answered any questions. 👍
I am always impressed with the quality and professionalism that I have received at this dentist office. The technicians that I have seen are always very good at their job and that is very important and comforting. This is by far my favorite dentist office very clean and well organized they have great customer service the staff is amazing !
