Everyone was very nice and explained to me what to expect. Everyone was very friendly and polite.

Dr. Vincent and both dental assistants who worked with me to get a crown on a cracked tooth were very nice. The dental chair has never bothered me, but for someone who is anxious about dental work, their demeanor would certainly help put someone at ease. The fitting of the crown was excellent. I was a long time patient of Dr. Ted Poczatek, having known his wife through a previous work contact and having used his brother Dr. Robert Poczatek.
