Whitney is a wonderful hygienist. She is very thorough and explains cleaning procedures. Dr. Gray is very attentive and answered any questions. 👍
I am always impressed with the quality and professionalism that I have received at this dentist office. The technicians that I have seen are always very good at their job and that is very important and comforting. This is by far my favorite dentist office very clean and well organized they have great customer service the staff is amazing !
I have been going to Luma Dentistry for a couple of years and have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ted and everyone. Dr. Ted is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable every time. I love Dr. Ted. I would recommend Luma to everyone.
Honestly, As a patient it was fine but as an employee, I was fired for standing up to an abusive patient who got in my face (less than 3 feet with elevated arms) shouting profanities and threatened me. Standing up to him was a reminder to him that it is 2025 and not 1965. They alleged that patients were lost, but I've kept and brought more patients than they supposedly lost. I’ve been using them for about 12-14 years and was there October 10 for my cleaning This is free through my insurance provider and has been that way from day one. This time however they said I owed $24.00 for the evaluation. This was unexpected and I was not made aware of this new change prior to my visit.
I went to Luma because I had bit down on something hard which loosened my tooth. Instead of taking care of the loose tooth, they tried to talk me into having the tooth next to it pulled and a bridge put in. I literally had to argue with them over which tooth to take care of. The tooth they were trying to pull had a 60 year old filling in it. It is not a decayed tooth and I have no trouble with it. In fact, I have been told by other dentists to leave it alone. Horrible both me and my wife went there ask them in front total cost of our service not an estimate so there will be no bills after the service is done they gave us total price and also told us they will give us a discount if we pay in full and we did Paid in full, Guess what they start to send us bills now after the service, Shame on billing departments, Make sure if you go there get everything in writing
