On may 31, 2017 I traveled to Lumberton to purchase a new Kia. The salesman was polite and did what he could to help me find what I was looking for. But there was a guy named "Bill"( is the name I was told) was rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend anyone to purchase a car from this car lot. False advertising on their commercials just to get people to come up there. Wasted time and gas going up there to get my fiancé a Kia Soul that was supposedly starting under $12k, got there and all the souls started at like $22k. Will never buy a car from there. The even tried to put me in a hybrid that was over $30k, even tho that's not what we wanted, but kept pushing it so we just left.
This is the worst dealership experience I have ever been in my life. Don't purchase anything from these mean people. They are pushy, they overcharge you and basically laugh in your face. They also lie and try to make you purchase something even if you don't want too.
Beware the bait and switch! The Internet price isn't real.
Bought a car from this dealership. The salesman Frankie was nice to work with but we had to tell him several times to give us the price of the vehicle. We were at the dealership for four hours before we got the car. It was late so they didn't get to clean it. We were told to bring it back Wednesday and they would detail it for us. Came to Lumberton Kia to look at a honda element with my fiance on 4/8/2017. We were greeted at the door by a gentleman by the name of Maurice. My fiance asked to speak to the lady that he had been corresponding with over the phone. At this point Maurice stated to "calm down" as if we were being hostile. Brought two car and both cars ,when I went to trade them in said that I owed more than what the vehicle was worth . Bad business what makes it so sad is I took both vehicles back to them to try and trade them in their an they said I owed to much on them ... I was like omg u sold them to me ...
I went to Lumberton KIA to look for a new car. Was really interested in the KIA optima. However, I will NEVER go back to them for a vehicle! They were absolutely RUDE! Not one smile nor a genuine greeting. We left without even being asked if we wanted to look at vehicle options. Also, a worker opened my husbands truck door to LOOK in the vehicle. With NO permission to do so! Would not recommend Lumberton KIA to anyone!
