My wife and I have made endless calls to get our service fixed since May 2022 between the no show texts and the calls we have only good experience with tkeyah great person to talk to and is very helpful and understanding wish the other people would follow her on her service for her job ! The electrician ********************* and the other 2 representatives explained what they were installing and what was next. They were easy to talk to. The electrician also check the system to make sure all was connected properly. I felt that they treated my installation as thought it was their personal home and wanted to make sure it was perfect.

To be completely honest, the amount of negative reviews gave me pause about this company initially, but after learning more about Lumio and the solar process in general, it has become clear that the majority of negative reviews are from people who were upset about the sales team doing their job or people who may have not fully understood the solar process.All of my interactions with Lumio have been absolutely pleasant and professional.
