Thank goodness for Lumio! I have been living in Northern ********** for 7 years now and my electrical **** has gone to well over 400$. I had somebody come over and give me a quote about 11 weeks ago and was very surprised to see them able to cut my **** almost in half. I went solar with them and in 6.5 weeks I had panels on ******* and the whole process was very smooth for me and my wife.

Lumio notified me on my app of a meter issue that could not be corrected from their office. I called and made an appointment for a technician to come to my home to correct the problem. The tech was on time and repaired the problem quickly. He answered my questions to my satisfaction in a friendly yet professional manner.

So far so good. I have worked with Rep **** who has been very transparent and informative. I have his number and will definitely be calling with any future issues. My survey was completed today by **** who was also a nice guy. He was very polite and detailed. I see the bad reviews but can only speak from my own experience so far. Time will tell and if things change good or bad I will be back.

We've had very positive experience with Lumio. Sales rep is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I have interviewed a few other solar companies and Lumio is best based on product warranty, in house installation team and customer experience.
