It seems most of the reviews that arent good are reflective of the sales people. The young man ***** was a respectful nice intelligent person, not pushy at all. The program just makes sense based on the ever increasing electrical rates which are only going to get worse. Lease programs are never good and you get a lien on your house. Purchase has tax advantages but a long term loan isnt right for everyone. Im a new customer but I have confidence it will work out well. If not I will be back to update. Unfortunately our experience with another solar company was not to our agreement nor our liking, but a representative from Lumio stopped by and spoke to my husband. The next day they let us know our issues with our current system and rather than sell us, diagnose the fact that we actually needed more panels and switch over to a better solar plan with a different electric company. Overall I am willing to give AKE Solar Energy, now Lumio, an excellent rating. Everyone has been very clean, professional, on time, and friendly.For the most part even the door to door salesmen were truthful in their sales pitches. The one hick-up we had was getting the electricity flowing after the installation was complete. Apparently, the paperwork got lost in the office and ************* was not notified the system was ready for their inspection. I am very pleased with lumio. My wife had been looking into getting solar for quite some time, when a rep stopped by our house about 6 months ago offering to run some numbers for us.
