They were very prompt in letting me know when they would be arriving and they weee prompt. Both **** and ****** were very courteous and answered any questions that I had.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with this installation group. So professional, and quite the perfectionists. If it didn't look right, they did it over. They also cleaned up EVERYTHING OUTSIDE that either was thrown off the roof or blew off the roof. The yard was cleaner than when they started. Please make sure that their bosses know how great this . I had hesitations moving forward with this company after reading reviews but I had such a good experience with the reps that I decided to trust my instincts. Glad I did. They walked me through every step and lived up to every promise they made. The reviews that are negative towards specific reps don't hold true for the company as a whole. Glad I made the switch.
