The staff are caring and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. A good activities manager gets them activated. Good location - near to the park and town centre for walks. Also has lovely outside areas. All staff are very welcoming. My mother is having a new lease of life.

I am so impressed with the consistent cleanliness of the building and the friendliness of every single staff member, every time I visit. I have never come across such an excellent care provider and I work part-time in an independent living scheme, which also offers care. A*

My father-in-law had been a resident at Lyncroft Care Home for nearly five years until he passed away earlier this month. The love and care he was provided with, particularly since the change in management last year, was far beyond our expectations. From myself and my family, I cannot thank all the staff enough for their professionalism, its quality and all the staff I know their names. They are part of the family. They all show and give lovely and care to my dad and the residents. The place is kept so clean, the food is exceptional, the whole facility is up there, and people can learn a lot from the Lyncroft setup. Keep it up.

At what was a distressing time for my sister, her children and her wider family on moving her into residential care, the support of management and staff to help her settle in was much appreciated. Overall, the staff are friendly, though professional towards residents and visitors alike. Entertainment/activities are very good. Also, the menu choices offered to residents are excellent. I would happily recommend Lyncroft Care Home to others seeking this type of care.

Ever since taking up residency at Lyncroft Cate Home, my mother tells me she has felt safer, cared for and very comfortable. It was a big step for her to leave her home, and it was a great relief when she was so happy at Lyncroft. Whenever I visit, the staff are friendly and make visitors feel at home when they are visiting their loved ones.

My father has recently moved to Lyncroft Care Home where the change in him has been immediate. Such lovely caring staff who have not only helped him to settle in well but who have made life so much happier and easier for him and for us. Just knowing he is safe and being well looked after means the world to us. Dad is responding so well to the staff who all show such genuine care and love for him. They have all taken the time to get to know him and support him.

My mother-in-law was a resident of Lyncroft Care Home from March 2022 until August 2022 when she sadly passed away. The home is very cheerful with immaculate decor. It was a pleasure to go and visit. Her room was spotlessly clean and she came to regard her room as 'home', which was a great comfort to all her family. I have nothing but the highest praise for Lyncroft Country Court. My mother went to live there on 1st September 2022 at which time she was extremely frail, not eating and had been admitted to hospital with severe dehydration. We really did think she was dying but the wonderful and dedicated staff at Lyncroft have completely turned her life and health around.
