We experienced the worst experience this weekend at this dealership. The salesman Johnathan was helpful but some of the things that took place and was said to us were very rude and hurtful.
Gave the Service Department a third chance to show they have good customer service. They failed! On my previous review of this Service Department all my comments were deleted. How hard is it to return phone calls to customers? And if voicemail is the only option why not have someone respond to all voicemails by the end of the business day? I guess I was spoiled by Huffines. They sure know how to treat their customers.
