I never do a review anywhere. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past and only got a decent deal once. I went in today to trade in a couple vehicles on a new ram. Was offered a third of the value of my truck. When I told them I couldn't accept their incredibly low offer the salesman got an attitude with me and went and got one of the finance officers. When he finally came to talk to me I told him I couldn't accept the offer for my truck he also got an attitude and said "well your just gonna have to keep it". Didn't... read more
You should always feel better taking your automobile to a dealer to get it worked on that's Complete crap had a service that I was told would fix my truck drove about 450 miles same stuff is happening ....

Horrible customer service!!!! Their service department definatly needs a new manager and learn how to provide some customer service. You walk in to the service department and have to chase down a service advisor to even get someone to help you, I have waited 10 minutes in the past before I'm even acknowledged. Kristina is the worst advisor, she's rude, she has no customer service and she always seems not to want to be there. I bought my Durango there brand new and I can tell you neither my family or I will Ever buy from her... read more
The sale itself was done perfect.....service, the deal I got...perfect....the customer service after the sale so far has been lousy. A phone call back would be nice...
