Worse treatment ever: They are great to you when they want your business. Everyone is polite shakes your hand eager to show you cars etc., then the first screwing comes with your trade-in, we bought two cars from them and had two trade ins. One car was still like new with only 30 thousand miles on it in perfect condition and yet it fell short on its value when I asked about it I was told that was the only deal on the table. Sales team was great. I guess since they needed my purchase, but the after service really sucks. The service department really needs to work on their issues. They are not there to assist with customers. After service is where, you get repeat customers and word of mouth advertisement. All the car sales department is great since they want your business. Really disappointed with service, I'm getting.

RecommendedFor the first time in the almost six years of ownership of my truck which I purchased at the Temple location I am sorely disappointed in the dealership. I stopped by on Friday afternoon to set an appointment to bring my truck in to have it looked at because my ABS alert was on signaling that I needed servicing. Also, my check engine light was on. Called about a car on the internet. Was told they had it on the lot. Got there car was not there. It was moved to Killeen for an immediate sale there. But wanted to show me something else. Not interested thanks. Just sold. Amazing. I look at Killeen store. And it's there. Or is it? I've had this happen twice now with Mac Haik. Coincidence? I think not. I'd say bait and switch.
The people at this dealership are very FRIENDLY and NICE when you are PURCHASING a vehicle..after that...GOOD LUCK!!!. Service after the sale seems to be a thing of the past. We purchased two trucks from this dealership and will never again. Its worth the drive from Salado to Lampasas to receive the service expected. The service department is a JOKE!!!! They don't care about their customers and just turned off the check engine light on my 2016 Chrysler so they didn't have to order the part. Sure enough the day after getting my car back the SAME thing happened so I take it back up there and the guy tried to take me to a rental place to get another car for the day without telling me that was what he was doing or that I had to pay a deposit to get it. Had my Jeep in many times and the problem is still not fixed. Waiting for a phone call back from manger. We shall see what happens. All are very nice, but problem not fixed yet.
