Mack was absolutley the best mortgage broker I have ever dealt with. In my profession (CPA) I get involved with mortgages for clients all of the time. Mack and his team were just flat-out fast at getting the necessary tasks completed. There were no unexpected surprises and from the first contact to closing, things were seamless. My experience with the Mack team was excellent to say the least. Mack and his team were amazing from the day I started my pre-approval process. As a first time home buyer I felt 100% confident in them and their advice. I never felt I had to worry about my mortgage process. They were always quick to respond to any question I had and consistently checked in with updates or just to see how I was doing. When it came time to close they were on top of everything and handled every detail so I didn‚Äôt have to. I would recommend them to everyone and wouldn‚Äôt use anyone else in the future.
