Working with Mack and John from Gateway was a positive and smooth process. Each member was knowledgeable and responsive to all of our needs in regards to a home purchase. John was extremely thorough when walking me through all of the details and parameters of the mortgage that we were purchasing.

Mack and his team were amazing from the day I started my pre-approval process. As a first time home buyer I felt 100% confident in them and their advice. I never felt I had to worry about my mortgage process. They were always quick to respond to any question I had and consistently checked in with updates or just to see how I was doing. When it came time to close they were on top of everything and handled every detail so I didn‚Äôt have to. I would recommend them to everyone and wouldn‚Äôt use anyone else in the future.

Mack and I worked together to close a short sale deal. If you know anything about short sales, they can be very challenging. However, this was no challenge for Mack and his team. They were very supportive pf our client, keeping her abreast of everything that was going on. At rhe same time, the were always responsive to the sellers agent, lawyer and title company. His service was so great that i continue to send my buyers to him. Thank you!
