When I moved... (Verified Renter) When I moved in in 2016 service request were done very quickly. The last three times I have requested a service it has not and I had to call and ask if they got it. I pay a lot of money and never bother complain, I always pay on time. I wish service requests were fixed sooner.

Units are clean... (Verified Renter) Units are clean and have excellent storage space. Really like the quiet here despite being so close to E 120th. Just as a suggestion - could surveillance cameras be installed at the pools? This is an important amenity to us and twice the pool nearest us (Bldg. 25) had to be closed because of vandalism. Thanks.
This community is... (Verified Renter) This community is quiet, clean, and feels safe. The grounds are well-maintained and generally quite attractive. The apartments have nice layouts that separate living and bedroom areas. They are bright and comfortable. I love living here.

The grounds are well kept (except for the neighbors who don't pick up after their dogs) and I have a general feeling of safety and comfort. Parking near my apartment is plentiful which is a big plus. The neighbors have been quiet and considerate. I love my big kitchen. I also like having a closed garage.

This is the... (Verified Renter) This is the best apartment complex I have lived in. My apartment was clean and kept up maintenance/aging wise. The office staff knew who I was and was super duper friendly all the time, as well as helping when something needed fixing or clarifying. And then did a ton of social events which is so nice to do something close to home, for FREE!
