The only 'negative'... (Verified Renter) The only 'negative' is the high cost of rent - though I've lived here going on 6 years now, I won't be able to stay if rent keeps going up. House payments are much lower than my rent, and it doesn't even help my credit rating.

(Verified Renter) love it here, love the service, love the staff - been here for 10+ years but rent increases every single year without a break have now exceeded any raises I might get in my salary. I don't know too many people who can sustain these kind of increases every year. Unfortunately!
In addition to... (Verified Renter) In addition to the carpet needing to be replaced, the windows also were long overdue for replacement. The outside temperatures greatly affected the indoor temperatures causing increased discomfort and increased cost for utilities for cooling/heating.
Clean community, service... (Verified Renter) Clean community, service always good. Landscapers could do a better job, like getting the thistles out of the playground and taking care of weeds. Dog poop could be better picked up.
