It would depend... (Verified Renter) It would depend on their needs. The location is nice and the inside of the apartments are good for my needs, but again depends on person?s needs.
Overall this is... (Verified Renter) Overall this is a great community. This is the first time the apartment complex did not respond to my request in a timely manner. I couldn't take the beeping of the low batter Carbon Monoxide detector so I walked over to the office to get a new battery. The maintenance did come in the next day to check both my smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide detector as a follow up.

The community appears... (Verified Renter) The community appears to be well maintained which I appreciate. The neighborhood also seems quite and peaceful.
We love it... (Verified Renter) We love it here our only issue is cigarette butts being thrown over the top balcony and landing in ours. Also there?s trash everywhere especially in the bushes, we don?t mind picking it up (it?s not ours) but this place has usually been well kept. The maintance staff is always kind to us.
