While the repairs... (Verified Renter) While the repairs were done efficiently and in a timely manner, it does not change the fact that all of the appliances are old and worn. Top rental fees are charged, but no updates to an apartment complex that is nearly 14 years old.
I had to... (Verified Renter) I had to move out because of personal issues. Everyone was so very kind, and professional with the situation I wadwas going through. I didn't want to move out but had to. I will be back when I can.

(Verified Renter) A nice community, the staff are very nice.close to everything.my only concern is some residents don't pick up after their dogs, think there should just be certain areas,for the dogs to go.I think staff should be a little more aware of residents that don't pick up after dogs. I have a dog and not that hard to clean up after them. The landscape is beautiful here.

Maintenance actually knows how to fix things & definitely in a timely manner. The location is so close to lovely eateries, grocery shopping, & most importantly Eastlake Nature Preserve.
