They were always courteous, helpful, down to earth and accommodating.We hated to leave The Madison but unfortunately my job transferred me to Milwaukee .
aside from the... (Verified Renter) aside from the few prblms I've had with this new apartment, i am really happy here. Its safe and quiet. I can walk my dogs at 2am without feeling in danger. The grounds are well kept, also.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this place as we love our apartment. Our only complaints are the neighbors above us throwing their cigarettes below getting onto our patio and in front making it appear we are the ones trashing it when we don't smoke. It is also a big fire hazard and we do not appreciate it. Also a few people do not pick up after their pets bowel movements and is frustrating as they have them by our windows and the smell comes in. I am guessing that this company's interpretation of normal wear on things belonging to the apt is questionable. Every past apt I have lived in has always encouraged & appreciated tenants that are proactive about repairs and their maint reps were quick to replace worn parts with new ones except for appliances that could be repaired; those were repaired right away too. I enjoy the... (Verified Renter) I enjoy the community however I had someone steal my temporary vehicle tag and parking has become slim with neighbors owning multiple vehicles, so I solved that by only parking in my garage.
This the first... (Verified Renter) This the first apartment I am living on my own and I feel save in the complex, the front office is very attentive to the smallest of needs and the amenities are well maintained. I also love the smell of the clubhouse.
The trash situation... (Verified Renter) The trash situation really needs to be dealt with. Also, people drive way too fast in the parking lot by us.
