I have been using Madison Reed color bar for nearly 5 years. First, I was using the location in Sunnyvale, then when Palo Alto color bar opened I jumped at the chance to be closer to my home. In both locations I have found it to be a great experience. Easy to get appointments, since all colorists have the formula for your needs you do not have to use the same person in order to get the same results. I love the convenience of getting my color done whenever I need it. I used to pay over $300 a month to get my touch up. Now that I'm a member, I can do it for $80. The staff is so friendly, professional, and helpful. I always use the style bar after and love the products. The membership is a great deal, and I often treat myself to perks like a conditioning treatment or gloss because the price is so good!

My experience was amazing. I was honestly a little skeptical after reading the reviews, but I went for it anyway. Everyone in the salon was friendly and helpful, my color is perfect. My colorist was extremely knowledgeable and great at her job. I got full balayage highlights and a blow out and got a ton of complements on my hair. I am not sure where these bad reviews came from, and I can honestly say I had nothing like those experiences. Need to color your hair for a change or to cover up some grays? This Madison Reed Color Bar in Stanford shopping center is highly recommended. This place only does hair coloring services and no cuts. However, you can opt to schedule a service for a blow out; otherwise, you can simply just walk your freshly washed/colored hair to a side station and dry yourself.
