the service was nice ,they were able to accommodate me same day, which was really nice because the app and the phone line was not working. I wanted a service to tone down my highlights which I think they were able to do but I think they weren't very specific on the pricing cause I didn't know they were going to charge me an additional $10 for toner as my hair is mid length it's not very long. I have been going to Madison Reed salon's in different states for over a year, and this location was my favorite one! Lisa was amazing! Very detailed oriented, super informative, and extremely friendly! I'm hoping they will open a salon where I live (Boise, ID), but until then, I'll be coming here for my root touch ups! Took my mom to get her hair colored and our experience was wonderful. Lisa worked on my mom's hair and she was very nice, warm, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't say enough nice things about our experience. My mom walked out feeling beyond gorgeous. Thank you.

I had an awesome first experience at Madison Reed with Lisa (the manager) coloring my hair. All the staff were very professional, courteous, and kind. I was bracing myself for a sales pitch but it never came. They were chatty with the ladies who wanted to chat and with folks like me who need a break from chatting, that was fine too. Color was fine but because I didn't know you had to ADD a blowout .... When I was done with the color and shampoo, they sent me to blow dry my own hair. I begged to please have someone do it and I would pay because I didn't realize that I had to add it... And I was told they were about to have a staff meeting and no one was available. Then I proceeded to dry my own hair and watch at least 6 to 7 employees sit around and watch me. The manager told me they were off the clock and it was infuriating. Why are they charging a "Membership" tax on hair coloring service? That's misleading. Gosh my experience with the mail order was shady too. Maybe stop trying to "take advantage " of your customers. Your hair color is wonderful

Do not come here! Save your time and go to an actual salon, because the stylists here admitted that they are not even a proper salon. Do not advertise highlights on your website if you actually cannot do it, or make a note that you barely have any colors for people to choose from, so people do not waste their time. They told me they couldn't do light highlights as if my hair was the problem, but they simply don't have elite hair skills and lack products as well as competency.
