First, please do not answer by saying " We cannot find your account" This review if for you to read and hopefully improve on the service. - Getting there on time. If you are 10 minutes late they will not take you ( and BTW there is no way to contact them via phone), but they will not hesitate to make you wait even 30 min before servicing you. Please tell your hair colorists not to breath down our neck when it's time to check out and we need to leave tips. It's very unprofessional on their party and uncomfortable for the client's part, especially at times when they don't deserve a good tip.

Rude staff does not accommodate to clients and questions. They are rude and if you are rude back to them they don't like it. Have weird policies and don't care if customers are unhappy. have faced rude behavior many times. Stay Away from this treatment. If you reach 10 mins after scheduled time for your appointment they say you are late. That's ridiculous. Also they didn't offer any water to me. I will never go here again . Also had a lot of color show up on my forehead after the service , never happened before.

The product stained my bedding and clothing. I have colored my hair for years and never had this happen. Also, I had a sealer applied after my hair was colored. Here is how it is described "High-performance professional boost locks in color in a 5-minute treatment" Doesn't look like it worked :-) The company said this is normal so you need to know. So here's my issue: The software payment system is probably devised strategically to mislead on their tipping system. There are usually two people who take care of you. One for color and one to wash. Again, perhaps as a strategy to allow for tips. At the point of payment, they display both names with a blank for tipping each person ( 18,20,25%) So if you don't pay attention, you end up paying 18-25 % per person,which is 36-50% tips in all. I want to start off by saying that all the staff were friendly however there was lack of communication. I showed my stylist a reference picture of what I wanted and I can say she gave me the opposite of what I wanted. I came in asking for natural highlights and left with orange stripes in my hair . I can say it wasn't very cutesy , very not demure . I feel like the 3:30 hours that I was there was a wait of time and money . I made an appointment to have some gray roots and faded ends colored to match my naturally light brown hair and get a deep conditioning treatment. After being presented with several options and photos, I agreed with their colorist that one photo best matched my light brown color of which she had taken photos. My hair is not thick, but it took her twice as much time as what I've experienced at other salons to apply the color. Then she told me she would be back in 32 min and I looked at my watch. After I got root touch up 3 times, I realized that my hair was damaged a lot. Even if I apply the pricy treatment, it's too late. Then, the membership price went up. There is no point to go back again.
