I was so disappointed here today.I was so hopeful after reading the MReed info bar info page. Hoping for help w/choosing the correct color products & how to properly apply it as they advertised to help with my monthly hair color needs. MReeds website advertises a color service that includes a color consultation, a scalp shampoo massage, dryer bar access etc.. I had high hopes for this place but they ruined my hair. When I tried to get ahold of them it took days and finally got ahold of the main customer service. When I asked when I could come in so they could fix it they said they can't and offered to send some leave in conditioner. Reluctantly they refunded the cost of the colour. At least if you make a mistake, you should try to fix it. They should stick to all-over colour, anything more complicated than that they should leave to other salons. Thoroughly disappointing.
