I absolutely love my hair color and highlights. This is the first time in 10 years I go to a different place and I was very nervous about it, but Vivian knew exactly what colors to use for my roots and highlights. The only thing I'm not too pleased with is the fact that when I book my next appointment I can't request Vivian to color my hair again since their website doesn't have that option.

I have been wanting to try Madison-Reed because of the advertisements. I did, and I was very happy with the professionals that work there, the product, and I was glad that I didn't have to do it myself!

I started using Madison Reed Tint for a couple months. Wanting a product that isn't harsh and the top ingredients that aren't good for your hair and scalp are not present. Have been tinting my hair with my husband's help for a couple decades and I'm thrilled to pieces to be able to go and have it done by colorists. My first visit and I was sold. Was able to book a same day appointment for hair color at the Madison Reed at 2nd and PCH. Their service was amazing. I am so happy with the color results. The color is shining and it is evident that it is so healthy. I am very happy to find an option that chemical free The stylist informed me of a membership program that allows one to get color as often as needed for a fixed monthly amount. I am strongly considering that option Very happy client.

Was looking for a place to get my hair done, I wanted a money piece & balayage. I don't usually leave bad reviews but OMG this place had HORRIBLE costumer service. The lady literally laughed at me when I explained what I wanted, she said, "haha I've never seen a money piece with bangs, honestly it wouldn't look good." Terrible! Gave "partial highlights" and you can't see them a bit. Literally have to style your own hair. Worst experience for a mom trying to have a hair day!

This places customer service has really dropped I was super disappointed today!
