After my initial hair coloring, I thought it was too dark. No fault on anyone's part. I called the next day and without hesitation, they booked me an appointment for a color correction. The colorist was so kind and truly wanted me to leave satisfied. I was very impressed with the level of customer service. I will definitely be back.

Love my color. The products are so good. I recommend to include the gloss which adds shine to your hair. You will not regret it. I'm so happy to become a member. I receive unlimited toot touch ups. This time I opted to not get my hair professionally blow dry when I booked my appointment. Even with the busy time of the year they took me right in at my scheduled appointment time. I have been going to Madison Reed Pembroke Pines for years. I want to give credit to the people that gave me the best treatment since I have been going. I wish I could request them every time and that's the biggest problem with Madison Reed. They don't let you reserve a colorist or person that blows out the hair. So it's always been hit or miss. Every single step from diagnosis to the discharge home for continuation of treatment. They are extremely caring and accessible, answering questions and providing instructions for home care. They are also very open to homeopathic treatment, if they feel it would be appropriate.
