I went in to get my hair colored after not going to a professional for 15 years and I was so happy I did! Alyssa helped me choose the right shade for me. She did an amazing job! The color is exactly what I wanted. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable! I will definitely be going back!

This particular Madison Reed location is in Tustin Marketplace. I was at Sephora next door wondering if they had hair dye and ended up stumbling on Madison reed. They sell hair coloring kits, hair product and offer hair services. I wasn't intending on getting my hair done but ended up signing up for a membership. They have a monthly pro plus membership where you can come in as much as you like for root touchups for $80 a month and if you miss your appointment you can take home a kit instead. I had the best experience here, Naz colored my roots, did a gloss on the rest of my hair and a blowout. She did a wonderful job, she listened and asked questions to find the perfect color for me. We did a dark brown for my roots and the Miel color gloss. I'm so happy, I signed up for the membership. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

So far so good! I've gone there twice now and the membership makes it really affordable. I like the color a lot! I don't mind having to blow dry myself to save $.

I went to get my roots colored for the first time. My color stylist Alyssa did a great job with picking the best color to match my hair. She is a perfectionist about her work too. I signed up for the roots every 4 weeks special for 3 months for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with my hair color.

I tried out the Tustin location for getting my root touch up done up as was tired of coloring ny own hair and had tried a few places which had a ton of 5 star ratings / or very high ratings and the color would not stay or shade not right or the service was not good. I liked the concept when I read about it so decided to give it a try and am so glad I did ! The color came out great and did not wash out the first time I shampooed leaving gray roots. I have to say this is a total revelation! I originally thought they just sold the hair color . Which I have to say is amazing - but I'll get to that. So I've been coloring my own roots for years and it's NOT easy. The back of my hair could probably at times look like brown and gray camouflage. And I have a good grasp on coloring my hair as I was taught by my mom who was a stylist . So to say it's a hassle is putting it mildly . And I have to do it about every 2-3 weeks.
