avoid at all costs! i came here a total of three times and gave them so many chances but they all were a horrible experience! first experience: this was the most decent out of them all. the girl was very nice & did a good job. my only complaint was the color did not match what i asked for. it still looked decent tho and lasted. second experience: this one was horrible. i showed them what color i wanted and when they put it on, it was red. i asked for a dark brown but it was no joke red. i was so disappointed i came back on... read more

I walked in to get more information about an upcoming appointment I had for my birthday and the front staff was absolutely rude. The young girl was more focused on talking with another hairstylist about their lunch orders and gestured at me for not wanting to check in for services even though I had shared with them I was coming in to get more information about my upcoming appointment. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I went for the root touch up and I came back with all my root still white. I stated to her (Rachel) I wanted a darker color and went through the color selection and emphasize that I don't want it lighter. When she was putting color on my hair I notice she was rushing and her sloppiness. after the hair was washed no body informed me what to do, she was not there. Costumer services More professional colorist Paying attention to details not leaving the costumers then just wash the customers not caring what color the hair turned. Worst experience I had in a salon.

February 8,2024 I visited your salon today for my monthly root touch up. very happy with that service. however , on a different subject , I was extremely dissatisfied. On December 28, I purchased a touchup kit to do my roots in between the visits. unfortunately, I never used the box since I was told by another hairstylist ( outside your salon, ) that it was not the right color. I was in need of gray coverage, 3/4 of my long hair was virgin hair. My ends had old highlights. I heard good things about Madison Reed and a new location opened in Tustin. I spoke to the receptionist (?) about their products and told her my concerns. She scheduled me with their more experienced hair professional, Dawn. I made an appointment with this company and then saw all the reviews so I canceled it immediately. They charge me $85 for a no-show which I was within my three days of canceling. I am very irritated with this place.

Rachel was really nice and sweet, unfortunately, my hair color did not come out as conveyed. I wanted more golden brown and my hair came out more black with little bits of dark brown. It's wayyy to dark for me.

Very disappointed with how my roots turned out. The picture of the blonde color the colorist showed me and how it turned out are not even close. I have blonde hair with grey roots and asked her to match the bottom portion of my hair, she made a suggestion and showed me the picture which I agreed would be good. However, after I dried my hair, I was shocked at how dark the roots were. I approached the front desk and a different gal was going to ring me up.
