if you have "rich" dark brown hair and/or any type of curl (I have 3b/3c), don't come here. I left here feeling incredibly uncomfortable and without any service done. I called to make sure they can work with curly hair and was told on the phone they can and that "all of the stylists are trained to work with any hair." The staff is so unprofessional from attire, to language, to customer service. The redhead with glasses who is the supposed manager doesn't wear gloves & eating & drinking while working on a client. 2 people walked out while I was there & then she talked about them after they left. Do not go here!

I asked for a dark brown with ash undertones. And they made my hair black. Issac seems new because he was asking T so many questions. And at the end they got it wrong. They didn't even help me check out. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning. I should have looked up their yelp reviews beforehand.

The product is good, but most of the stuff are rude, racism and unprofessional , make me feel like nothing, they give special attention to white people , with Spanish people make a big difference like I don't pay with the same America Dollars, I get my $82 membership, for short term because the last time I almost make cry the way the person who work with me treated me and the Spanish worked who charged me was mean!! Never again!thank you! But my money value in any other salon!

never seen a more bored, uninterested bunch of hai stylists/colorists in my life. took half an hour for them to find my appointment and figure out who was going to color my roots. no one to greet or check out clients until one of the hair dressers finally deems it time to take care of guests. Spent two hours at the salon and never got the blow dry I requested when signing up. they said they were too busy to dry my hair. bad customer service. i was waitin for my appointment, log in in they computer. then just waiting, waiting and waiting. nobody approaches, nobody cares. never experienced that servise. i just left. not recomended!!!

Just finished here. I'm came with my toddler and she was watching her shows. While it was "loud" she was being watched by mother. When i went away to wash my hair customers made comments, my attending colorist instead of asking us to turn it down-- which wouldn't be an issue, joined in with talking about my kid. So instead of a cash tip, here's one that will help you: don't comment on your customers children, or anyone else's children. It's disgusting and hurtful.

I am hoping that this is a one time situation but I feel compelled to let potential clients know a few things. First up, parking. It is street only and nothing over two hours unless you want to park at Beverly connection and walk several blocks. Keep that in mind if booking a service that is going to take a while.
