I've had great experiences at Madison Reed on West Third Street -- from the warm manager on-site to the coloring services I've received with their stylists. Most recently, I enjoyed Jess who was lovely and professional, and "T" went out of her way to help streamline my check-out. This is an excellent addition to the neighborhood. Location is great, everyone interacted with was very kind. My colorist and shampooer did an excellent job. I will be back soon. This is my new fav location!

THIS. THIS is the one. Plan your day around this location for a million reasons. The location is nearby so many shops and restaurants and happy hours. The staff makes you feel like you are THE ONE. They are joyful, they are happy, they are singing and loving their jobs and their days, and they are passionate about what they do. Jesse rocks! Came here last week , basically walk in , they booked my appt same day and I walked out with a beautiful color and gloss within 2 hrs Jesse is adorable and knows hair color !
