Arrived 7 minutes prior to my appointment time. No one acknowledged me. I had to ask to be checked in. Waited 15 minutes past my appointment time before asking if someone was going to help me. Has to ask for water, no one offered. The colorist, who I asked for the water, told me, she would send over someone to get water for me. She could not get me water. I paid for a blowout. Was looking forward to my first visit at Madison Reed but very disappointed with the experience. Started off nice w/ friendly greeting, cup of coffee and the colorist talked me through different colors and once he finished, he told me to sit for 20 mins before wash... and 30 mins came and went til almost 40 mins I waved someone down saying think my colors forgot about me as he was working on someone else and never came back to check on me. I am very unhappy with Madison Reed. My highlights came out uneven, the wrong color, and far from the root. I reminded the colorist that as a first-time customer I should get the 20% discount and he confirm that. But at checkout I was charged the regular amount and I didn't realize this until I got home.

they told me that they were going to use a product that would pop my gray hair but that didnt happen, it actually made my hair darker. I was looking to make my hair more gray and silver and it came out darker black. I even showed them photos of what i would like. It was a waste of $150.00

I am a member since January this year and in the last three time I visited always 20 to 25 minutes passed my appointment I think they are over booking and the service is not as good anymore hope it will improve

I don't like leaving negative reviews but I've been to this location twice now and both times I left frustrated. Last time the color was ok, but the customer service was lacking. This time my hair is so dark I wonder if the wrong shade was used. I think I need to color correct it. I got so frustrated trying to communicate what I wanted and not feeling heard, tbh I just gave up in the end.
