I don't like leaving negative reviews but I've been to this location twice now and both times I left frustrated. Last time the color was ok, but the customer service was lacking. This time my hair is so dark I wonder if the wrong shade was used. I think I need to color correct it. Came here on a first time deal, color was nice, blow dry was weak. Came back again, for another promotional deal but it was still pricey. The salon was understaffed. The assistant said so. There was previously another Assistant on the books. I scheduled a blow-dry but the assistant was not fast or good at blow dries. Then someone needed color washed out so my blow dry was concluded. the service and attitude here is really bad...you might as well just do a box dye at home. I came in for gray coverage for the first time, they spent all their time and energy trying to upsell me for the all over blow out deal they had running. When the blow out was done, I had just as many grays as I did when I came in....felt like a huge waste of time and money. I have been to multiple locations and I could not say that this location is the one you need to avoid. There is one employee specifically named Isaac. He is very aggressive. He talks shit about former employees while I was there and mentioned them by name- he also was talking shit about me under his breath, thinking that I couldn't hear him, and he confirmed that he got another employee FIRED "Yeah that's why ____ doesn't work here anymore". They refused to honor 25% first-timer promo code I booked appointment with online!!! I called and checked the day before appointment and they said it was there. I checked with manager before appointment and she acted cagey but didn't give me reason to worry. Checking out, suddenly the promo was "expired" or I "booked on wrong day" - neither of which were in my confirmation email. Swindlers! Liars! Never returning!
