i just wanted to start out by saying, I'm so happy my friend recommended me to the place. They are so efficient and really pay attention to detail. i also wanted to mention the manager, Heather! she is just wonderful and so sweet! She really goes above and beyond for clients. I bought the membership and cannot wait to go back!

The salon is great....you can dry own hair..,its faster than salons. .I went there twice they missed coloring so parts of my root each time. . I hope to come back have the color covered better the next time...I like it better than going to a salon. A really nice atomsphere. Will try again.

Had my color & a blowout done by Katy today, she did an awesome job matching my color , was very sweet, polite & funny .My hair looks amazing. the place is super clean & got coffee too.

Been going to Madison Reed for sometime now and I absolutely love it! Today I went in for partial highlights, roots and a blowout. Stephanie nailed the color and really took the time to get it right. Katie M did my wash and blowout and was just exceptional. She was sweet, warmed up my tea that was cold and just overall created an even better experience. Thank you ladies!

My experience at the location is always incredible. Such a wonderful team the colorist and shampoo girls are fabulous. If you are lucky enough to get Gloria to shampoo your hair. She is amazing and simply the sweetest person.

Stephanie (I think that is her name) gave me exactly what I wanted. I was so unhappy with my hair color that was done previously and after showing me color swatches and explaining what she was going to do fix it, I was so happy with the results. I love my hair now.

The colorist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had the impossible task of trying to get back to my natural color and at the end the results were great! Way better than when I walked in.

I have found a gem (Madison-Reed) and am so happy with my hair colorist, Sophie, who chose my color after I described what I wanted. It's exactly the color I wanted. She is an expert at what she does! The environment is welcoming and I always feel relaxed and pampered. Lucky me!
