Enjoy getting my hair colored but wish you offered eyebrow tinting and haircuts, would be nice to have a one-stop shop for busy people like myself.I I bought the $80 monthly since I get my hair colored every 2-3 weeks.

Love this Madison Reed location! Nichole applied the root color and gloss. Then a wonderful hair wash and blowout by Sonia. I'm a color subscriber, but it's always nice to let the professionals do it right. Very impressed with how organized the shop was and the caring staff. Love that their color products are safe and not full of chemicals.

I got a root touchup and wine colored highlights. Was meeted as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was so nice! My hair colorist was very sweet and took great care of me. Another lady shampooed my hair, gave me an amazing scalp massage, and a blow out. My color and style is so beautiful!! Very pleased with this place!

Such a great concept! I'd never been to another color only salon and was skeptical but my hair looks great! Nicole did a fantastic job with roots and baylage. And Garland was so warm and friendly. Bought the membership and will look forward to going back! Yay!

I visited this location for their soft opening, and the entire experience was amazing. Joshua, who I believe is the training manager, was so pleasant and welcoming. He had great energy and does a good job making everyone feel comfortable. Garland was my wonderful colorist. She did an excellent job helping to pick the best color for me. I liked the convenience of online booking with last minute appointments available. Some colorists are definitely better than others. I decided to try their membership plan. I had a very sloppy service where my face was significantly stained with color and spots where the color was completely missed. I replied to their satisfaction survey and was told I would receive a credit for this poor service, but I never did and was still charged for the upcoming month. This is the most poorly run business I've seen in a while. The constant turnover of staff as well as the lack of timely appointments has me looking for another studio. I sat today for 30 minutes before being acknowledged. I walked out because my time is not valued here. There are better places where customer service and time is valued.

Sorry but they are NOT careful. Left the dye on my hair WAY too long. Great idea but need to not over book or at least tend to customers properly.
