I love this place! The colorists are all fantastic. Travis recently changed my color a bit and now it pops so much people have actually stopped me on the street to ask what color it is and how to get it. They are friendly and professional. Thank you Westlake Village Madison Reed!

I love Travis he's amazing doing my hair I live in the area and the MR hair studio us gorgeus and he's very talented. I try to go every 2 weeks for my gloss and last time he did a wonderful job with a natural permanent color ,love love it soon my baby highlights , don't move Travis from Westlake he's amazing

Very happy with my balayage experience today at Madison Reed in Westlake Village! Alexis took the time to understand my needs, and gave me the exact hair color I wanted! All the staff is very friendly and attentive, and I also got a beautiful blowout in the end. Super happy, and can't wait to return!

The product is great. When I get my hair colored with other products, my scalp gets flaky and I can feel burning while I am waiting for the shampoo. This product is great, no burning, no irritation. I really appreciate that there are timers set and as soon as the time is up, there is someone calling my name to get it washed. This time Jenifer did my color and gloss. She was really good. I recommend this place 100%.

My daughter and I both had Jennifer and she was awesome. She was patient in listening to what we were looking for in regard to our color. Both of the assistants were also great. Jennifer took time to explain to them what she was doing to teach them. Jennifer ensures the color is exactly what the client wants.

I have been a regular customer at this location since it's opening. I absolutely love going there! My hair is perfect every time and the customer service is amazing. I have developed a very warm relationship with two colorist there, Garland and Nicole. They both know me by name and I feel warmly welcomed each time I walk in. They know exactly how to take care of my hair but more than that we catch up with what's happening in our lives and I feel much more than a client-closer to a friend!
