Had a great first time experience here! Garland did my color and Angelina did my blowout. I love that the color is free of ammonia, parades, SLS and other harsh chemicals. Will definitely come back!

I was not impressed with my first visit to the Madison Reed store in Westlake Village. The color came out way too dark and looked nothing like the shade I had chosen. In addition, some of the employees were curt and unfriendly and unappreciative of the tip I left (I was on auto pilot with the tip). A company rep contacted me soon afterwards and offered a "color correction" free of charge. My second color experience was much better; the too-dark color on the ends was lightened and a gloss applied to neutralize the red tones.... read more

Was about to shave my head this morning if I couldn't do anything about the color. Found Madison Reed on line and they could do my highlights the same day. I thought -- glorious and how bad can it be?? It was actually fabulous. Like them way better than my long time hair dresser. My hair looks great. Just the right color. Bright and lively. The staff were lovely. It was 1/2 the price and took an hour less time. Will definitely go again. Thank you so much!

A great experience from the moment I entered to the moment I checked out. No muss, no fuss...cool vibe...excellent color job (I'm blonde and got highlights and hadn't been to a salon in over a year). Nice people, clean, organized. Can't say enough and I'll definitely be back!
