I went there for the first time last night, my boyfriend and I went here for a beer and some of their happy hour specials, we got the nacho plate and the fried avocado. The waitress was great! We explained we didn't want meat on the nachos because I am a vegetarian so we would take the retried beans and no meat. She told us to joke that thought and wanted to verify that the beans were vegetarian, which they weren't they had beef stock in them. First let me start by saying the menu here is enormous. It's almost too many choices. There were quite a few things that I wanted to try which would make most people want to return. However, there is something to be said about good customer service. In this day and age good customer service is hard to come by. You can have great food and great atmosphere but if you don't have good customer service, people won't come back. This is my fourth visit to Maggie McFly's. Each visit has been consistent with offering stellar service, food, and atmosphere. I bounce between the Manchester and Glastonbury locations. I default to the Manchester one because it's closer for the others I go with. This time my friend and I split the Crispy Coconut Shrimp, Ahi Poke Stack and the Steak Philly Eggrolls. We have eaten at MM dozens of times and have never been disappointed. The food is consistently good, the waitstaff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. it's a great quick lunch stop when out shopping and their huge menu has something for everyone.

I like the atmosphere at this Maggie McFly's location. It's bright with a lot of windows, but a bit clubby with a dark wood interior. We had lunch and ordered from the lunch menu. Most items were priced $10-13. I had the barbecued pork sandwich on a brioche bun. It was a bit smaller than I had hoped for. There's not much barbecue taste to it and the server asked if I wanted barbecue sauce, which I think should automatically be brought with this sandwich. As a first timer, I am always excited about trying something somewhere new. Entering the facility I was welcomed by an excited young professional hostess. She was very welcoming! We were seated in Andrew's area and as our waiter he was great. He took our order, corrected what was wrong while being pleasant the whole time. Now to the food. The menu was huge. Good location by the mall, food is good. Great choices. A little loud. Our waiter Shannon was friendly and made sure we got our food on a timely matter.

Just recently moved to CT and let me tell you this place will now be a go-to for me. Their menu is huge and their cocktail list is amazing- some drinks even glow- so fun! If you are a buffalo chicken fan...that salad is a must. Give this place a try despite some of the unfavorable reviews..see for yourself!!

Let me start by saying I have never written a review in my life. I've never even had a Yelp account until today. But I found today's experience worth writing about. The food was amazing, and the service was hands down the best I've ever experienced... and I go out to eat a lot. My family and I had two servers today.
