The entire experience from start to finish was a disaster. Our waitress wanted to do well but stumbled at every turn. Our cocktails weren't delivered until after the beers we ordered on the advice of our server bc the bar was backed up. They were all delivered at the same time so that the beers, which came out lukewarm to begin with, were not enjoyable at all by the time we got to them. The entire delivery experience was disastrous. This is a textbook example of a business that has simply given up. Ho-hum food coupled with no attention to detail and horrible service. Don't order them on DoorDash - they can't get any order correct, and don't seem to have any desire to fix their mistakes.

DONT DO IT Came here with a family of 4. Red flag was no people in the restaurant. They sat us at a table that had two chairs and a booth on one side. We asked if we could switch to a full booth as there was open booths and no one in the restaurant and was told no. Great variety of food on their menu, you can find something for everyone! Service was good and the order was accurate, good value for the price. Restaurant is quiet enough to have conversations over lunch, even when they are busy.

Not worth it. Terrible service, very slow in the kitchen, food arrived without condiments and missing pickles on a hamburger. Fries weren't hot. Server never checked in on us while waiting a long time for the food.

Terrible establishment. Horrible experience with corporate. Love when theyblame the consumer for wrong doing. What a joke this place is. Would recommend any other place rather than this place. Staff is rude and kitchen needs cooks that actually care about the food they put out. Wish I could give negative starts

Hit and miss. Today was a miss. It happens, but with increasing regularity. This place should be 5 stars each and every time. They have everything right on paper, but they fail so often in the simple things. Waiting at the hostess station for 10 minutes to be acknowledged, let alone seated, is a common occurrence. I have always loved going to Maggie's because they offer gluten free food. The last time I went the server who brought our food out was extremely rude when I asked if the food was gluten free because it did not have the normal gluten free pick on it. The server said well it's looks gluten free. I asked to speak with a manager and was told it was gluten free I became extremely sick and had to leave. I understand there is always a risk but staff should be knowledgeable when it comes to allergies. ( Autoimmune)
