Here's the thing, the food here is to die for. The service is mediocre. No attentiveness, for getting everything, and when I asked her to pack up my spinach and artichoke dip she packed everything but the dip (chips, veg, bread) but threw out what I was essentially paying for. Before that we had to sit for 15 minutes without anyone coming over, looked for a manager and no where to be found. Maggie's is great when it comes to happy hour for drinks. ( only at bar) I usually come here with coworkers after work to get some food and drinks off the happy hour menu. They do allow service dogs so I was thrilled about that. Never had the food off happy hour because it seemed a litttle pricey but the happy hour menu is amazing! I always get the fried Mac and cheese and the wings. I have tried their Brussel sprouts and it's pretty good too.

Always a favorite spot. Huge menu. Many gluten-free options. Even a vegan cupcake. Lunch and happy hour specials, as well as a seasonal menu. Acoustics make it a louder spot, but not enough to dissuade. A few menu favorites include chicken and waffles, any of their massive salads, and a lengthy selection of apps. Nothing to write home about and a little pricey for the quality but overall decent place. Not sure if it's the bar or my girlfriends fault but she got two cocktails, both of which were repulsive. She also had no idea what she was ordering because she wanted to "try something new" so I can't really say for sure but I can't imagine anyone would like them

After walking by for as long as they have been here I finally decided to try it and have been back twice now. It is odd that there is no mall entrance (from inside the mall), but there is obviously plenty of parking. There were a few people waiting for tables when we arrived and a couple at the hostess station, but since it was only the two of us we sat ourselves at the bar. Went to this place with my fiancé. It is a great place for quality food and chill. I think I received better service at this Maggie McFlys than the on in Glastonbury. I ordered the cheese balls and also hanger steak. Must say it was really good and I was very surprised. I will go back. I do like how it is the only good restaurant in Buckland Hills Mall. Big portions so come with that belly empty.

This is a textbook example of a business that has simply given up. Ho-hum food coupled with no attention to detail and horrible service. Don't order them on DoorDash - they can't get any order correct, and don't seem to have any desire to fix their mistakes.

DONT DO IT Came here with a family of 4. Red flag was no people in the restaurant. They sat us at a table that had two chairs and a booth on one side. We asked if we could switch to a full booth as there was open booths and no one in the restaurant and was told no.
