I needed a container to hold furniture while my house was being renovated so I called Make Space Storage in Carleton Place. I spoke to Jackson Ford who was able to schedule prompt delivery of a container. The day before the container was due to be delivered I realized that I would actually need 2 containers. Belleville office has great customer service, especially with the new managers. Whole experience was pretty good, 5th star would have been given if they pro-rated as I lost a nice chunk due to it, or had payments on a monthly time I stead of a 28 day cycle.

Hemang Makwana (the facility manager) at Make Space was absolutely fantastic to work with! He really helped us in our moment of need by providing a quick and effective solution to our storage problem. He even stayed late after work to ensure all was well. We are so pleased with the storage facility- the security, the ease and the quality of the unit are all first rate. We highly recommend Make Space for all your storage needs.

I have been at make space in the hart before it was even make space. I have always felt my belongings were safe and secure. The office manager Michelle is so friendly and so efficient! Everytime I'm in there to pay she's always so polite and quick to dissolve anyone's issues or get them booked into a unit. Shes the reason ill never move to another storage company. There are many storage companies, but only make space has Michelle.
