Cochrane location has been amazing! Customer service was on point. I was in a hurry to get everything done it was a simple process, even managed to have a few laughs. Spaces are clean and secure.
Very pleased with the unit rented (10 x 15). We chose the "best value" as it is currently 50% off for the first 8 weeks. It's reasonably close to the gate, which turns out to be a non-issue at all as access is excellent throughout the facility. One little hitch: we weren't aware that we MUST download the app to open the gates. Once we downloaded and enabled Bluetooth it was seamless. Adding both of us to access was easy. Chad is an amazing person. He has the kindest smile and does his best to understand and help. I'm very lucky to have met him when I did and as long as I need storage it will be at his Make Space Storage. Call him now...dont wait....just...do eet!!!
