I had a good experience with the sales and finance team but have already experienced issues with my certified preowned ford. The inspection stated nothing about rust damage and I’m dealing with rust remediation and underspray to prevent it spreading. The transmission has already begun shift problems and I have made an appointment with my local dealer to rectify. Shouldn’t be a certified prepared if these problems existed.
Timing was important to me, and this was the least amount of time I had to spend in a dealership ever. Jordan made it smooth.

Service technician confused me with another customer and told me that my tires needed replacing then ask me if I wanted to replace them “today “. I knew my tires were not bad so I just blew it off because I thought he was trying to sell me tires that I knew I didn’t need. Then he came and told me that my car was ready and I could check out but when I went to the cashier, she couldn’t find my paperwork. Allen was very attentive and kept me informed of everything going on with the truck. The repair was made fast and very amazing the first time. Allen was very knowledgeable and great service.
