We got to the dealer service center on time, and there was a young lady that went and got Mike for us. Mike was very professional and had the truck back to me when he said he would. Then he help us with the iPhone connection for both my wife and I phones. Over all that was the best service center we have ever seen and we have owned several ford's.
They always do a great job and don't pressure you to do services that are not required.
