Bought a new expedition max in Dec 2022 and the entire process felt stressed. I wasn't made to feel at ease about the transaction. Details were missed which caused a lot of unnecessary delays and tension. Went through with it because we needed the vehicle but if I had to do it all over again I'd go somewhere else.
Benjamin and Alan were very helpful in getting my truck back on the road with as little cost to me as possible. I had to have my differential rebuilt for a second time. Unfortunately due to warranty constraints it wasn’t repaired to like new condition the first time and the carrier bearings started to go out. Now it is right and drives like new again with a full warranty.
Benji Jones was such a great help and very nice and pleasant. He kept me informed of what was needed and when my vehicle was ready. He is an excellent example of great customer care.
Benji in the service department is not very responsive. Matt has been helpful. My car was dropped off Monday night 1/23/23. Took them unto Friday 1/27/23 to diagnose. Had it at a dealership in Mississippi Monday morning 1/23/23 - they were able to diagnose the problem in 2 hours. They said I needed a new engine. Mall of Georgia Ford said it needs EGR part. I do hope that is the proper diagnosis. I will say I’m very thankful for the loaner car given to me on Tuesday 1/24/23.
Y'all went above and beyond. Even on a holiday. 10/10 would come back again.
I was looking for a new king Ranch on line and Mason Clark got with me and made it happen great guy.
Service was excellent as usual and all issues were corrected in a reasonable time and accuracy.
Scott in the service department is awesome. they always fix my vehicle correctly the first time.
Cason was very informative and friendly. I waited in the waiting room, it was very comfortable. The wait was a little long.
