I was able to take delivery of my new Mustang Mach-e as promised on 09/23. Every one was awesome. Delivery Rep Josh, Finance Manager Ken, Kevin and Sales Manager Phil. Customer Service Manager Lindsey Hester was the best! I was able to finish all the loan paperwork in an hour and drive my car home. I am very happy purchasing my Mach-E from this dealership.

Great service with very easy to use booking through the Ford App. Service was great. Matthew addressed some follow up questions that I had. Very personalized service which is rare these days. Also appreciate the clean waiting room and coffee/water.

I came in for a recall notice. The staff was professional and friendly. They set up an appointment and had my car back later that same day - I wasn't expecting it until the next day. Bob was my contact and he was excellent.

I knew exactly what I was getting with my service, however, I did not need a cabin air filter because I had already done that. They didn’t look at it probably just based on miles?
