Recent visit was difficult. Communication was poor and part was held up/lost. Had my car for a week and I needed it back over weekend so I had to pick it up and bring it back when part arrived following week. Time before I waited for my car to get oil change and tire rotation. Took 4 hrs. Think they need more help or to take less vehicles a day. Will give them another try though.
I get all my service done at Mall of Georgia Ford. Professional staff, service completed on time and correctly every time. I always wait and the waiting area is very comfortable. I recommend anyone looking for professional service on their vehicle theat they go to MOG Ford.

The service center has been excellent for oil changes since I’ve had the car. I do not feel that positive with the sales side of this dealership.

The overall experience was very good. The car was immaculate with clear history; Mason is friendly, fair, capable, and knowledgeable; price and value were on point. 4 out of 5 stars because of wait times, expensive paint coating, and having to return to re-sign finance paperwork (~2 hours rt). I also subsequently received multiple erroneous letters declining requests for financing. Everything else went according to expectation. I'm pleased with the car and would recommend Mason and MoG Ford.
They did great work on my car since I had to bring my car there due to my warranty. My service person was very nice and polite but I had to call for updates. I ended up having to pay for a rental car out of pocket for 2 months due to the length of time my car was waiting to get service.
Rushed through transaction late on Friday. Failed to get tags or notify resulting in expiration of temporary tag.
