My car was towed to this dealership due to transmission problem. The cost to fix was too much. I had the car for.2 weeks before incident. I had it towed to dealer that I purchased from. Matt was excellent in providing information regarding issue in timely manner and patiently following up with me.
The Service Department was very friendly and professional. However, the technicians didn't figure out the actual causes of the problems I was having with my vehicle but replaced the battery (which I provided) and the cables. I was without my vehicle for several weeks and had to make multiple trips to the dealership during this time period. One time I had to use your Uber service - the scheduling process needs to be reworked so that the pickup doesn't get missed. Mall of Georgia has an amazing service team. The waiting room is comfortable and the coffee machine is amazing.
Never had any issues with them since I’ve been going there I definitely will keep going back there.

This service center seems to be very honest of what work needs to be done to your vehicle. Keeps you well informed as the work is being done and makes recommendation of work that would possible be required at a future service date.
