Sale went fine. One repair was to be done after 10 days I picked van up the repair appeared to be completed but it was not. Received a call 3 to 4 weeks later stating parts were in and requested to bring unit in for repair. This is van is used for work/ business which is approximately 1-1/12 hour away. The Sale Mgr was to call and discuss possible solutions for repair. At this point I have not received a phone call or even email.

The service performed was done correctly and I am happy with that. However, it went from a one to two day job to taking over a week due to unforeseen delays. And I am cognizant things happen, but it’s the fact I was told they had a singular person able to fix my issue (engine oil pan gasket) that doesn’t make sense.
