Very satisfied with service at the location. Cason Stewart was my service rep, and I was very pleased.
My 1 star ratings keep "disappearing" so let's pretend. I went in for service with a printed list of 21 updates needed for my vehicle. The shop manager performed 1. They did create a second key which I didn't request but thanks. I have 4 Ford vehicles in my driveway but they will no longer be serviced at Mall of Georgia Ford.
I would say that I get average service at this location. Not all services are done when requested (asked them to do a software update on multiple occasions and it’s never been done). Also, Back up camera went out on my explorer and I was told it would be $1000 to replace.. did it myself in 20 minutes for $90
