Prompt, careful and honest service. Service advisors, technicians and cashiers are all concerned with customer satisfaction. In addition, they found my lost sun eye glasses and stored them over the weekend. Responding to my wife’s inquiry on Sunday, they called me to inform me that my glasses were safe and secure and waiting gor me.

The entire team at the Mall of Georgia Ford were great to deal with, from my salesman Anthony to the finance dept. Very professional dealership that went the extra mile to ensure i was happy with my purchase. The truck was washed, filled with gas when i got there. My time spent was minimul due to the organization of everyone.

Mario was great. No pressure on our first visit when we were just look and we found the car we wanted. We said we would come back and have him what days worked for us and he said to call when we would be ready. We did and everything went smooth and believe we got a fair price. Will come back when we need another vehicle

Very detail oriented and had me in and out with my vehicle in very little time. He followed up after a few days about my new purchase and even a couple weeks after to make sure I am still happy. Great customer service

When I pulled up on the lot salesman came out and met me asked what I wanted. I told him he went and got it. We took it for a ride. We did a little negotiating and I purchased a vehicle very friendly salesman and very knowledgeable if I remember correctly, I think his name was JT.
