I really like the pickup and drop off service. I am frustrated that they are 50% for actually fixing my issues. I get frustrated and pay my local shop even though the car is under warranty because Ford having the car for a week doesn’t mean they actually look at it and find the source of obvious issues that are linked to recalls.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had! We had been jacked around by multiple dealerships over the course of a week. I saw the car I wanted on their web site and I new it was a good price. I called and talked to the General Manager Stephen Ostrovich and told him of my frustrations. Within minutes he sent me an out the door price that was great, so I accepted it! We arrived and an the paper work was ready to roll.
