We've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership within the last 6 months. We've had great customer service with both visits and have had very good luck with the service department so far. We were pretty tough customers and had a price and vehicle in mind both times. With the age of the internet, you probably expect customers to present with their homework done. We appreciate being treated with dignity and friendly customer service. We will recommend MOG Ford!
Joel jumped all over our problem on his 1st day of work with Mall of GA Ford. We have attempted to get an unresolved issue fixed for months with the service manager prior to Joel and had gotten nowhere. Joel pushed the issue with Ford and made them commit to my demands of changing out a part that has of now not resurfaced. he called me every day with an update until he got the OK to perform the work. Amber Wells my sales associate at Mall of Georgia Ford was great to work with. She was very personable, professional and very knowledgeable about the Ford products. I was not pressured in any way to purchase a vehicle. The tag and title work were processed very fast. I would recommend Amber and Mall of Georgia Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

MOGF beat the best deal I got from other dealers by $1500. I shopped about 5 other Ford dealerships. Plus they were about to find my 2011 explorer which is hard since the car just came out. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with them. This is the second car I have got from them. Both times they crushed the other dealerships deals! If you want more money in your pocket go to MOGF
Dealership didn't reset my 'service' light after completing the job. Have to make an additional trip to reset service light.

Did not do what I asked them to do and then charge me $198 I went to get my radio updated. They did not update my radio and I really don't know what they did talking about a diagnostic for 190 something dollars.

I had a tune done on my 2007 F 150 5. 4 Now my air conditioning doesn't work and it worked fine before the tune up.
