Felix was great person to deal with. they gave me almost close to what i wanted. i am very happy and will buy again soon from you. after they saw my truck , they worked along with me to get the deal done. they showed lots of interest. hope soon we will get another car from you guys.

I have to put all the kudos on Len Allen. He did more than his part in making the sale of the vehicle. I bought an Explorer. What I wanted wasn't on the lot and searching the internet Len found one for me that had all that I wanted. He worked with me over the week it took to bring the vehicle here, keeping me informed. He responded immediately to my phone calls. He was friendly and I felt he was working for me as much as the dealer. The first person you meet is the one who sets the tone for how the dealership is perceived.

I would never even think of going to any other dealership. Everything from the appreance to the customer service is top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In particular Kenny Jordan is exceptional in his interaction with customers. He will spend as much time as you need to answer all of your questions and make sure you are completely satisfied. I recommend Kenny and Mall of Georgia Ford to everyone I can.

The service and work at this dealership has always been great. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Percy and he has always worked real hard to get us the best deal. He is a honest man that I can trust. He doesn't pressure me when I just stop by to look at a new car I saw on TV and I'm curious about. My only complaint is that after purchasing 5 vehicles at this dealership I just wish it didn't take so long to get to the best deal.

Overall the experience was great. Adrian was very quick in responding to my request for pricing and options. Very straight forward and informative about all the pricing and available incentives. Financing was very straight forward and the process was very quick and to the point. All my questions were answered and to the point.
