Excellent Experience Mall of Georgia Ford was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. I live in Virginia, but they had the exact used vehicle I wanted. I worked with Chris and James to settle on a price, they put the car on hold for me while I made travel arrangements, and James went as far as to pick me up from the airport almost an hour away from the dealership. Great buying experience. Worth the 2.5 hr drive. Everyone at the dealership were very friendly and professional. I drove 2.5 hours because of the selection and the price. Negotiations did not take long at all. My salesman, Bongsu, was friendly and knowledgeable about the features of the F150. A big plus for me was that he really knew all the technology in the truck and went over everything until I understood it. I highly recommend both Bongsu Choi and Mall of Georgia Ford.

Great experience. Sales person, Bongsu Choi, was great. Dealership was very friendly and knew the product well. Pricing was competitive. Great selection. Lots of paperwork to fill out, but financing team went through it step by step.
