Amber Wells my sales associate at Mall of Georgia Ford was great to work with. She was very personable, professional and very knowledgeable about the Ford products. I was not pressured in any way to purchase a vehicle. The tag and title work were processed very fast. I would recommend Amber and Mall of Georgia Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

In addition, I asked them to check my right front tire since my low tire pressure came on during the trip to the Ford Mall of Georgia. MOGF beat the best deal I got from other dealers by $1500. I shopped about 5 other Ford dealerships. Plus they were about to find my 2011 explorer which is hard since the car just came out. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with them. This is the second car I have got from them. Both times they crushed the other dealerships deals! If you want more money in your pocket go to MOGF

I asked for a repair on a punctured tire. They told me it could not be repaired and recommended I buy 2 or 4 new tires. I took it to Discount Tire where they repaired it in minutes at no charge. I have since driven over 3000 miles with no issues.

Communication xxxx poor. No sense of urgency. Did damage to my Raptor. Did not repair it correctly. Truck was absolutely filthy when I got it back. It was the worst experience with any dealership that I've ever had. Also charge me for a valve cover replacement that did not fix the issue. Wasted money.

I am still very disappointed that no one at Mall of Georgia Ford has returned my calls or emails. I have tried several times to no avail. All I was asking for was the Owners Manuel and Warranty Book. I would never have left the dealership without securing one or the promise I would receive the books. I assumed the books were in the glove box.
