Was told a price, then tried up charging me for another price. No courtesy cars offered. And not given same electric panel that was replaced. So I lost navigation

My car was left overnight for service the next day. Stephanie was off work when I picked up our car, so I had no interaction with her regarding the service performed. I wasn't given a verbal explanation of the "Works" service performed, nor did I receive an inspection checklist for my service visit.

The customer service is great. The first time I brought my vehicle here, they were great to me. The second time, they charged me $1400 to fix 2 problems that they ultimately did not fix. So I brought it back, and they wanted to charge me another $1000 to supposedly fix a “different part” than the one that was broken merely days before. I know that part was not broken either because I checked it. Ultimately, they ended up telling me they couldn’t fix my car, and I lost $400 on that. Service Department damaged my truck and was hard to deal with to make things right. Won't be back.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! !! I took my car in for a routine oil change, and they inspected my vehicle. They found it needed shocks so I allowed for the repair. They took over 4 hours to complete the server so I mentioned that in the survey they sent me. Marilyn Muir followed up with me and she agreed to give me a coupon for a free wash/detail for my car. I never received the coupon so i emailed to let her know. She replied back stating that since I didn't give them 5 star rating for their service, that she couldn't process the co... read more
